Congratulations to 2019 Dover High School Graduate Willem Federico, this years Jenna M Pellegrini Memorial Scholarship recipient. This was a great honor being able to attend tonight’s ceremony and award this scholarship in memory of Jenna. Willem has a great future at Bowdoin and will certainly excel in whatever his future may hold. Congratulations and good luck Willem!
