Team Softball Registration

(See Single Player Registration page if you do not have a team)

Click on the link below to register your team on the USA Softball of New Hampshire’s website and return here to complete your donation or submit your T-Shirt form for your team.  We have Two Divisions setup for this tournament.  We are hoping to allow both competitive teams and league players as well as just recreational players enjoy all the fun filled games.

Upper Division:  League Teams or Teams willing to play in a competitive environment

Lower Division:  Recreational Teams, non League players

After you have finished and submitted the registration form, click on the Donate button for your team registration donation below.  You will be directed to the Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts website where you will need to select the Jenna M Pellegrini Memorial Fund where it says “Select fund”.  Donations are $350 per team and include a Team T-shirt for each Player up to 12 players. Your Donation is Tax Deductible up to $250 and a receipt will be sent within a few weeks of payment. You can complete the T-Shirt Size form now or when you have all the sizes finalized, but it must be completed by July 31st in order to receive your team shirts. You can return when ready and just submit the T-Shirt Form at any time.

If you wish to send a check instead then make it out to Jenna M Pellegrini Memorial Fund and Mail to Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts 649 John Fitch Hwy, Fitchburg, MA 01420.  Be sure to indicate you will be sending a check when you register in the comments or just send an email to info@jennapellegrini.org so we can keep an eye out for the payment.  Please do not to wait until the deadline of July 31st to send a check.
